1. Cancellation of lessons
Please note that canceled lessons are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, we are unfortunately not in a position to offer any refund for this. We therefore recommend that you plan your bookings carefully to avoid cancellations.
2. Rebooking of lessons
We understand that unforeseen events can occur. If you need to change the time of a booked lesson, please reschedule your lesson at least 24 hours in advance in your account on concerto.se. Cancellations later than 24 hours will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
3. Missed lessons
If you miss a lesson and have not canceled it at least 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
