What happens at the first singing lesson?
During the first singing lesson, we start with a short conversation about your previous experiences and your goals for the lessons. You get to introduce yourself, and the singing teacher tells you briefly about herself. Then we start with simple body warm-ups and focus a little on breathing. We then warm up the voice with various singing exercises, and then we work on a song. The song can be something you have chosen or one that the educator suggests. We always make sure to put a lot of emphasis on the singing itself and try to sing as much as possible during each lesson.
